During my college days i have an average body figure, not too skinny and not to fat just average but when i graduated from college i started gaining weight until today. So i do a lot of research on the internet on how to lose weight fast.

As we all know, losing weight is not easy specially to those people that are aged 20 and above. As I read on a research it says people who reach 20 years of age and above will have a slow metabolism that will result to gaining weight. Aside from age and any other factors that is contributing to gaining weight, food is also one of them.

Some people like me who are blessed with a "chubby" figure might wondering about what food to eat or not to eat to help in losing weight. These are the list of what food to eat or not to eat that i gathered from the internet and some tips to make losing weight work.



What NOT to eat:

NO to candies, chocolates and any other sweets!
NO to dairy products (whole milk, butter, yoghurt, icecream, cheese, etc)
NO to salt or avoid if necessary
NO to CARBS!!! (White Breads, pasta, cereals, white rice, pizza, cakes, white potatoes)
NO to softdrinks! or fruit juice
NO to fatty and oily food
NO to junkfoods
NO to alcoholic beverages
NO to grapes
NO to canned soup
NO to frozen meals
NO to artificial sweeteners
NO to smoothies
NO to processed meats (salami,ham,etc)
NO to dried fruits
NO to salad dressings
NO to soysauce
NO to tomato sauce
NO to red meats
NO to tuna packed in oil
NO to pickles
NO to ketchup
NO to plain jam
NO to gums or mints
NO to canned fruits

What to eat:


YES to almonds

Tips:

REMEMBER to sleep 8 hrs a day
REMEMBER to drink lots of water
REMEMBER to excercise daily
REMEMBER to eat small meal every 2-3 hrs
REMEMBER to drink green tea before going to bed
REMEMBER to substitute plain water to detox water
REMEMBER to drink coffee before workout
REMEMBER to not skip breakfast
REMEMBER to have an egg for breakfast
REMEMBER to use these 2 words to fight cravings "i don't eat that"!
REMEMBER to wait out your cravings -wait for 20 mins to see if its fake cravings or a real hunger
REMEMBER to use spices instead of sugar and salt
REMEMBER to have a cheat day once a week
REMEMBER to a cheat day is just a day where u can eat whatever you want but not as much as you want
REMEMBER to you can't cheat as you get closer to your weight loss goal
REMEMBER to eat after workout
REMEMBER to eat dark chocolate
REMEMBER to don't get stressed out - relax more
