Healthy eat: Greek Salad Recipe

Here's my version of Greek salad recipe. Hope you enjoy it!

15 mins

Yield: 6 servings
Level: easy

Ingredients:

1 Head romaine lettuce chopped
4 whole ripe tomato diced
1 whole cucumber peeled and diced
1/2 red onion sliced
1/2 red bell pepper sliced
6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
3 tbsp sliced ham
1 pack croutons
3 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
pinch of salt
pepper and garlic powder



Directions:
Into a salad bowl add the chopped romaine lettuce, dices tomatoes, diced cucumber and sliced onions

Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic powder into a separate bowl. whisk it together until combined. Taste and adjust the seasonings

Pour the olive oil mixture over the salad ingredients and toss it with tongs.

Top it with croutons, ham and feta cheese just before serving.
