Singapore Invites: Win a dream experience in Singapore

Singapore for me is so near yet so far. It's near because it's only a 3 hours flight from my country. It seems so far because with all honesty I can't afford to travel to Singapore. Travelling to Singapore will cost a lot of bucks and as of this moment travelling is my least priority.

But, Singapore is always been one of my #travelgoals aside from Paris and Japan. If only I have a chance to go there, the top 3 places in SG that I would like to visit is:

An unusual Birthday | My 24th birthday

Today I'm a year older and wiser (I hope). Gosh the days goes by so fast! I can't believe that I'm already 24 and soon I will be 30. But after all, age is just a number! 

And since it's my special day today I planned to make a get ready with me blog about my 24th birthday. I wanted to show you my make up and my outfit of the day but some things don't go according to plan. It always happened to me. And instead, it became a tragic day -somehow. So instead of doing nothing or sobbing I will just tell you what my day was.

I woke up early in the morning to prepare for work, and also to have enough time to take a selfie and take photos for my "ootd" but I was too confident that I still have enough time. I thought that it was too early so I took my time putting my makeup on, ironing my hair and eating breakfast but then I realized that it was already 8:30 in the morning and that means that I am late to work because 8:30 is the starting time of my work. So I hurried up, brushed my teeth, packed the things that I need to my work and leave the house, As I walked I realized that there's something missing.. and it's my wallet! wew! I'd run as fast as I can to our house and get my freaking wallet! I hoped that it's not my birthday today, that my birthday is 2 weeks from now so that I will be much prepared. It feels like an ordinary day. And yesterday, Our boss told us that today was the hottest temperature ever recorded here in the Philippines, It's 39 degree freaking Celsius! I was melting while waiting for the taxi because I don't have a car yet so I have to commute to the office. What a day!!!

When I get inside the office, no one ever remembered that it's my birthday today.. And later of the day I'm going to present the products of our company.. I don't feel special today. I felt so sad because I'm not used being treated like this. I remembered what happened to my birthday last year, my friends in Norway surprised me! they gave me cakes and they cooked food for my party. I'm so thankful that day :)

And aside from that because I have work today so I need to move my birthday to 1st of May because it's a non-working holiday here in the Philippines.

But thanks to Facebook for reminding my friends that it's my birthday today! because of that a lot of people greeted me a happy birthday to my Facebook wall same as every year and thanks you guys for flooding my wall LOL. I also received some emails from the sites that I subscribed to greeted me a happy birthday thanks to y'all!

And I hope I can do better next year for my 25th birthday. I will definitely plan ahead of time for my next birthday next year and will surely make a get ready with me blog I promise that to you okay.

The Script Live in Manila 2015

Omg! I'm so excited to write this blog because it's about "The Script Live in Manila 2015" concert yesterday! Wohooo! I still have the "Post concert hangover", even though 24 hours has already passed. I was so happy I got to watch The Script concert last night because it's my first time to see them live! And they are my favorite band of all time. This was truly one of the best moments in my life that i will never forget and I would like to share this wonderful moment to you.

It was around 8:00 pm when we get in to the arena, it was so huge and a lot of people are there i think it was at least 20,000 people This was the 3rd time that the script visited Philippines to perform a concert for their "No Sound Without Silence tour. Their first concert in the Philippines was held at the Araneta coliseum, second was still at araneta and now at Mall of Asia arena.

The first band to perform is a local Filipino band during my High School days named "silent sanctuary" they played OPM music and they are really unique and talented.

Then after 3 sets of their songs finally the one we've been waiting for has finally arrived it's The Script!

Their opening number was really "the bomb" they have this green flag waving and the crowd went wild when Danny O'Donoghue, The Script's lead vocalist/frontman appeared from the mass of crowd and followed by Mark Sheehan, guitarist and Glen Powers, drummer. The first song they played was "Paint the town Green" from their latest Album No Sound Without Silence. It was really awesome and I had goosebumps during that time! The crowd was very energetic and alive.

The second song they performed was "Hail, Rain or Sunshine".

Then third song they performed was "Break even". I'm so happy that they played one of my favorite song! It was a pleasure for me to hear it Live.

How to come up with a perfect, unique and creative blog title?

It's Sunday afternoon and I'm thinking of writing a blog but i don't know should I name it. Just like you it's difficult for me to come up with a good blog title because it is my first time to make a blog in my entire life and as you know there are tons of blogs already and you might think that the blog name that you want is already taken so the solution for me is to search on Google and by that i found a cute blog name that perfectly fits my blog, i'ts called "Love, peace and shimmer" because I can see through that three words all the ideas that i will be blogging about like love, life, inspiration, beauty, makeup, style, etc. So where did I get this blog name?
