Healthy eat: Greek Salad Recipe

Here's my version of Greek salad recipe. Hope you enjoy it!

Yield: 6 servings
Level: easy

Ingredients:

1 Head romaine lettuce chopped
4 whole ripe tomato diced
1 whole cucumber peeled and diced
1/2 red onion sliced
1/2 red bell pepper sliced
6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
3 tbsp sliced ham
1 pack croutons
3 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
pinch of salt
pepper and garlic powder

During my college days i have an average body figure, not too skinny and not to fat just average but when i graduated from college i started gaining weight until today. So i do a lot of research on the internet on how to lose weight fast.

As we all know, losing weight is not easy specially to those people that are aged 20 and above. As I read on a research it says people who reach 20 years of age and above will have a slow metabolism that will result to gaining weight. Aside from age and any other factors that is contributing to gaining weight, food is also one of them.

Some people like me who are blessed with a "chubby" figure might wondering about what food to eat or not to eat to help in losing weight. These are the list of what food to eat or not to eat that i gathered from the internet and some tips to make losing weight work.
